When seeking pregnancy, NFP helps you identify the most fertile time. When wanting to avoid pregnancy, you abstain from genital contact during the fertile time.

All classes are taught by Cam Liu, RN, BSN, MMCP who is a graduate of University of Houston Nursing in Houston, Texas and completed the teacher training and certification through the Marquette University Institute for Natural Family Planning. Cam and her husband are the parents of 3 boys and currently resides in Arlington, Texas.
